• Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    No, you make the decision to participate in the section 8 program. If you do choose to participate, Premiere will manage the entire process on your behalf.
  • Are you licensed?

    Premiere practices property management in Missouri and Kansas. We are licensed with the Missouri Real Estate Commision to practice property management in Missouri. Kansas does not require such registration.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes, our office number (913) 283-7125 is forwarded to an after hours answering service that will direct emergency calls to our management team. 
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Each owner has access to a portal where you can securely input banking information so we may distribute funds electronically to you each month.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    You will have access to a number of documents through your owners portal, including all active leases for your property. No need for you to sign the lease, our property management agreement gives us the ability to sign leases on your behalf.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Premiere is focused on delivering an exceptional property management experience. As such, we do not engage in the selling of real estate, however, our property management agreement ensures you have the ability to work with agents should that need arise.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    Funds are distributed to owners monthly by the 15th via ACH.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Tenants have the ability to electronically pay rent through their tenant portal? Tenants may also mail money orders should electronic options not be an option for them. Rent and possession actions are filed by the 15th should outstanding charges remain.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    Our standard lease term is 12 months. However, we offer 18 month options to avoid leases ending in cold weather months.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Standard security deposits equal one months rent. We may from time to time increase security deposits up to twice the monthly rent should credit concerns exist with an applicant.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    We ideally need 2 weeks to prepare our team and systems to onboard a property, this is largely dependent on the size and complexity of your portfolio. We also cannot begin managing your property until you no longer have an active property management agreement with another company.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage single family homes and multi family properties up to 6 units.
