• Can you hold a place before I apply?

    We cannot hold a place before you apply. You must be approved through our screening process before we can reserve the property for you.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    You will pay a prorated rent for the month you move in, along with the security deposit, associated pets fees, and a $100 administrative fee. If you are moving in the last 14 days of the month you will also be required to pay next month's rent.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    All applicants moving into a property 18 years and older must apply.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Security deposits are refundable. These deposits will be returned within 30 days once the move out paperwork is processed and the refund amount is determined.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    Our screening process allows candidates with less than ideal credit to obtain a guarantor.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    The first step is to schedule a showing through our website. Once your showing is complete an electronic application will automatically be sent directly to your phone or email. You may also apply online at the properties page of this website.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent is easily paid through your residents portal. You may use a bank account, credit card and even pay cash online through your tenant portal. Refer to our resources documents on how to set this up.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Contact your portfolio manager should you want to get a pet. Some properties have pet restrictions and they will want to ensure your property is approved. If a pet is allowed, be advised there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and it adds $25 per pet to the monthly rent.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    Contact your portfolio manager. The portfolio manager will want to verify the remaining tenant(s) can support the rent. After verification, it is simply a matter of signing a revised lease.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Simply log in to your portal and give your notice.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Premiere will take care of most standard wear and tear. However, any damage the property incurs by residents will be charged back.
